Tuesday

I am at a loss of words for your family. I know that you are in a much safer place now with no pain from your cancer. I pray for your family to have the strength to make it through these next few months that will be tough. God Bless you Tuesday.

I found this blog through Fun With the Baker 5 about an adorable little girl, Tuesday. She was two years old and battled cancer. This past week the doctors sent her family home with her because the cancer was just too strong for the chemo. This morning I got up to come and check out the family blog at go blog yourself to find out how she was doing. Imagine the wave of sadness that rushed over me to see that Tuesday passed yesterday. Please read this story and Pray if you pray or wish if you wish that this family will find the courage and the strength to make it through this unimaginable thing that has happened to this sweet little girl.

Jeremey asked me, "It makes you wonder why was it her time to go? What could she have accomplished?" and I responded, "Look at how many people have already been touched by this tiny little life." God Bless.

Here are a few pics from our trip to Oklahoma. Drew and I had so much fun. It was extremely stressfull flying by myself with him. We had a layover in Chicago which allowed time for me to eat and time for him to crawl around. I am so thankful for the nice people who helped us along the way. A Jewish grandmother from LA who held Drew for most of the flight to Chicago and three gentlemen who helped me with my stroller and diaper bag while loading for the flight to XNA and to all the people on the flights who didn't say a word when Drew was screaming at the top of his lungs...Thank you. The flight home was much better in that Drew slept the entire way! The first pic is Drew playing in a castle at XNA while waiting on our plane. The second pic is Drew and P opening Christmas presents with each other. The third pic is of my BFF James and myself....we are rather hot, no? The fourth pic is Drew and P in their matching Eskimo Joe's sweatshirts. The last pic is of my stepdad Marty and my Mom and Drew at Christmas in Charlotte. Great times!

Tacky sweater Christmas party

It's a litte late, but as promised here are some pics from our tacky sweater Christmas Party. It was just Michael, Jer and myself. I know...what a party! Give me a break, we just moved a month before this took place. Do the dogs count?

Don't we look awful?!
