Rip off

I'm pretty loyal to the brands that I love. Even if it's a few cents more I will play the loyal shopper that I am and I will buy my brand. Today, I think I may have changed my mind. I buy Pampers diapers. I have the entire time we have had Drew. I realize that as you go up in size you get fewer diapers and the cost increases. However, I have been buying size 4's for a few months now to know that a box of Pampers diapers 88 count was $19.97 at Wal-mart. Today the same size with 82 diapers was the same price!! Rip Off!! Okay, it may not be a total rip off, but it definitely has me encouraged to try other brands. Thanks Pampers!

Could it be true?

Could it possibly be true that you are 14 months old? I can't believe how fast time has gone by. It feels like we just brought you home from the hospital yesterday. Now, you are walking and blabbling nonstop. You smile anytime a camera is present and you love to flirt with the ladies. You are wanting to be as independent as you can which kills me. You love to climb the stairs in the house and now you think you are big enough to go down the stairs. (Which you are not.) You know when we let the dogs in from going to potty they get a treat and you insist on giving to them. You love to give hugs and you are now learning to give kisses. You know your high-fives and you clap whenever you do something good. Your personality shines through every moment when we're together and I am so grateful to spend my time with you.

Holy goodness!

It's pretty much been the most exciting day ever! I read in article in RS that GreenDay has a new album coming out in May....plus a tour. Blink 182 is reuniting and promises a new album and a tour by the end of the year. AND, holy. cow. No Doubt is going on tour with Paramore beginning in May. They are coming to Charlotte and I'm officially going to stroke out if I don't get to go to that show. No lie!!
